[handwritten text: The Club met at the home of the President October the twenty-sixth. [added text: and thirty members were present. ] ]

[handwritten text: The reports of the secretary and treasurer were read and approved. ]

[handwritten text: Mrs White announced that [added text: after paying all expenses, ] she was ready to turn over to the treasurer 101.50, the proceeds of the Living picture entertainment given by the Club [added text: on the evening ] October the twenty-third. ]

[handwritten text: The president brought before the club for consideration, the advisability of having a program committee and a year book. After a brief discussion, a motion was put [added text: and carried ] that such work be undertaken and the [added text: following ] committee [added text: was ] appointed: Mrs. Dorsey, chairman, Miss Louise Morris, Miss Lucy Linton. ]

the Normal school orchestra, also to the young men who so materially helped to make the [added text: Club's ] entertainment a success, and to have this resolution published in the Banner. ]

[handwritten text: Mrs. White announced that Miss Louise DuBose had sent a number of tickets for the series of concerts, which she had arranged to be given in Athens this winter, offering to the Club ten per cent [percent] of the proceeds of all tickets sold by club women. ]
