Referring to case of F. C. Exter vs. [versus], the Etowah Gold Mining Co. [Company], would say, that we would be pleased to have you confer with Mr. W. A. Charters and have the case continued until the next term of court. Mr. Exter has agreed to this and has so written Mr. Charters. We now write you so that you will be apprised of the matter and can take the necessary steps for the continuance. Please let me hear from you relative to the matter as soon as you can, and oblige.
