Was with Barnum and Bailey Circus and married the circus manager, A Mr. Thompson. Had one son who was normal. She traveled with the circus and massed a small fortune. Photo taken when 27 years old. Photo taken in Philadelphia, Pa. Born in Zebulon, Pike County, Georgia. This photograph was taken by Mahan & Keller which was located at 1427 Ridge Ave., Philadelphia, Pennyslvania at the time the photograph was taken. This is a carte-de-visite."--from field notes |
