Description: This document is a bill enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the United States of America on January 26, 1798. In the bill, Congress allocates no more than 25,880.00 to be used to pay all costs of any treaty or treaties held with the Indians who claim land in the state of Tennessee. The bill also states that the 25,880.00 will be paid out of money in the Treasury of the United States that is not appropriated elsewhere.
