Description: Clermont post office. Photograph showing the first post office at Dip (now known as Clermont) in the home of Mr. and Mrs. William Harvey Keith. The man on the horse is Mr. Josiah W. Blackwell, first mail carrier. Note the saddle bags in which Mr. Blackwell carried the mail.
