Title: B.J. Abraham: character voices
Date: 2002-2006
Description: Video recording of an interview with Georgia storyteller B. J. Abraham in which she demonstrates how she assumes different characters by using different voices when she's telling a story. She sits in a high-backed wooden rocking chair placed on a porch. She faces forward. She first states that she has a voice she uses when she is telling a story from a witch's point of view. She also notes that she can impersonate children and the elderly. She then demonstrates the voice she uses when impersonating an elderly woman.
