Title: Atlanta in ruins

Description: Image of an illustration depicting Atlanta, Georgia after the evacuation of Confederate troops in late 1864. Two small groups of men on horseback appear to the right of a large pile of rubble in the middle of the image. A partially destroyed wall stands in front of the rubble. This illustration originally appeared in Harper's New Monthly, October 1865.
